This week’s episode of “The Press Box” featured on-air interviews with a Waxahachie basketball senior and pair of WHS head coaches.

On-air hosts Seth Sims and Brian Stevens first spoke with senior hooper AB Shorter and head boys’ basketball coach Greg Gober.

Sims and Stevens then spoke with Waxahachie head softball coach Steven Howell about his upcoming season and NFL career. 

The Press Box airs weekly on Monday from 6-7 p.m. on Ellis County Sports 1390AM/99.1FM, as well as on Ellis County Sports.com, sports.Ellis County Sports.com and on the Ellis County Sports app available in both the Google Play and Apple app stores. The show features recaps of the week that was, interviews with coaches and Ellis County Sports Sports Players of the Week, as well as special guests and previews for the week ahead.
