Episode four of The Press Box, hosted by Brian Stevens and Justin Burns (filling in for Seth Sims), featured on-air interviews with head boys’ basketball coach Steven Middleton (Midlothian), KBEC Sports Player of the Week CJ Palmer (Red Oak) and “Tater” Brown, the play-by-play voice for Midlothian Panther Radio. The crew also broke down all of the football and basketball action in Ellis County.
The Press Box airs weekly on Monday from 6-7 p.m. on KBEC 1390AM/99.1FM, as well as on KBEC.com, sports.KBEC.com and on the KBEC app available in both the Google Play and Apple app stores. The show features recaps of the week that was, interviews with coaches and KBEC Sports Players of the Week, as well as special guests and previews for the week ahead.
